Good for price. It provides a decent amount of protection from inclement weather conditions, but isn't perfect. There are still ways for water to get in, so don't leave it where water can gather and even partially submerge it.

Waterproof extension cord connectors

I followed the easy directions on the back, but still didn’t feel like it was tight enough together or wouldn’t randomly unscrew. 🤷♀️ I did this for two separate connections and felt the same about both.
I ended up just 1-piece duct-taping the thing where it connected to ensure that it didn’t separate. (Not to ensure that it was waterproof)
I don’t know if my plug ends were longer than expected or what. I DO know - I did exactly what it said. So. It hasn’t snowed / rained yet - but,
I actually DO feel better about my connection than just duct tape. 😂
We’ll see how it went in the spring.
