It shocked my Animals so I called the company and they were very nice but told me I need to buy a grounding system or ground it myself. And for the price I paid for them I feel like I Should be able to plug it in and just have it work. Or it should come as a complete set. The instructions were very vague too.

I’ve had my first bucket for several years. It’s still going strong. This one has the heater inside where you can see it, unlike the first one. I was hesitant wondering if maybe the horses wouldn’t drink because of the visible heater. So far, that’s not the case and they are drinking from it. If it lasts as long as the first one, I will be extremely happy.
