Good, easy to install

I bought this pump in January 2024 and for some reason I received an item manufactured in Oct 2021, which seems suspicious (refurb???). The item failed after 3 months. I had never bought an ECO FLO before and don't think I will be purchasing submersible water pumps from TSC again. I received a full refund from TSC for the full price of the pump due to it still being under warranty though I had to go to two different stores and called the manufacturer as well. Seems like everyone kept sending me everywhere else. Thankfully, I finally got a refund after nearly a week and the TSC employee who handed me the gift card seemed to give it to me with an attitude. I never once did get an apology for the failure of this product either from the store, manufacturer or TSC customer service. What these people need to understand is that it costs me over $300/pop to pull this pump out of the ground for labor costs which are of course not covered by the warranty. Thats a lot of $ for it to last only 3 months. I ended up losing more even though I got a gift card which I am going to use on something else instead of another submersible pump. I had to get another water pump elsewhere and not able to use the TSC gift card for that so more money spent there. Purpose of water pump: very simple. Used to keep a moderate sized water trough equipped with a shut off float full so cattle are hydrated. I have to haul water on 5 mile round trip while are new pump gets installed and hopefully not have the same problems. TSC used to sell Everbilt which I bought and it lasted for years before getting this one.
