Create perfect edges every time! If you are ready to graduate from handheld edging tools and the arm fatigue and wobbly edges they so often produce, the DR Power Equipment Pro XL Lawn and Garden Edger is the tool for you. It features a 4-wheel platform that is much more stable than the more common 3-wheel models, and it's stacked with professional features! This garden edger has a curb hop wheel (rear right wheel) that allows you to straddle a curb, and it has wheels at both street and lawn levels, making it easy to track in a straight line and create precise cuts. For edging around flower beds, the lawn tool has a cutting blade that pivots 15 deg. In either direction so you can make attractive bevel cuts for containing mulch. With this garden edger, you'll get a manicured look that will enhance your landscaping, and make your lawn care efforts shine! Old School Edger. Loving it

This is more of a commercial unit. It works great on straight lines and large curves. It doesn’t like tight turns but I knew that going in from other reviews .
It’s heavy and has a powerful engine. As long as you keep it on cement it’s easy to use. If you’re doing edges around an oval out in the grass it’s a bear. Only minor complaint is it vibrates a lot. It doesn’t put your hands to sleep but it does vibrate. I’ve used it about 10 now and it’s easy to start, no leaks, not real loud. Normal for an engine this big. You can cut a deep line if you want. Easy to adjust depth, and angle. I’m not a big fan of the auto stop handle. I would have built it differently. If you’re looking for a workhorse you might want to give this one a look. It’s heavy and powerful with lots of adjustments.

No safety for blade

Bad design.
The blade is always engaged, even when starting. I called customer support and was told , it's the way they come now. No safety no throttle. I'm returning it.

Great machine. Machine showed up on time just like they said. Started in one Paul does a great job very satisfied well built. I would definitely recommend this product to anybody who is looking for a machine to do a great job and edging. Strong motor nice straight cuts. No issues whatsoever starts in one pole.
