Q: Is the door removable?

- A: Yes, both the lower section of the door and the entire door are removable. The lower half of the door can be removed for training with a Phillips screwdriver. The whole door is held in place by plastic nubs resting in sockets in the frame. You can pry one end out with a flat screwdriver, and it will pop out. We recommend leaving the door on, as it provides further insulation from the cold.a year agoHelpful?

The dog house is amazing. My only complaint is the door is not removable. I live in Texas so winters are short.
