Nice house for the most part. The wood doesn’t feel extremely strong or sturdy. They are easy to bend and probably would break easily if pressure was put against it for some reason. It also arrived with some wood chunks chipped out of it. Other then that, the house is nice. My dog seems to like it.

It's exactly what's shown in the pictures. It was easy to put together. Mine had all its pieces and nothing was damaged. I put a sizable outdoor heating pad in it, which fits well and still affords extra space. The set up has come in extraordinarily handy to keep two outdoor cats warm. And ... it looks fantastic, not some cheap plastic, but a sturdy and aesthetically sharp design made of real wood. You can smell the wood, but after a couple days airing out, it's not a big deal. Also, it did not deter the outdoor cats at all. They use it every night and part of the day.

I loved the true roof style however the sides and bottom didn’t feel as sturdy as I would have liked. One piece of wood was broken and I had to glue it back. This was something we purchased for a dog in need of a house and it was getting to cold to send it back and wait for another.
