Gear shafts should be metal!

Of course the gears shafts are a horrible design, need to strengthen because customers Real it slowly. At least provide parts Too easy fix it.

Horrible quality

This tape broke after only a few uses of 120'. The handle mechanism self destructed. Upon opening it up, the cheap plastic gears had all broken.
Total garbage.

Weak mechanism to retract the tape

I have used this tape for about a week and the mechanism to retract broke and it won’t work. Great tape but poor low quality on the mechanics of it.
