Not for automotive use

I purchased this in March of 2023 and have been using it since then for multiple projects, largely automotive, including some larger jobs like replacing subframe bushings. For most projects, the kit was sufficient, but I found it lacking in several ways. - Ratchets require a large swing arc to change directions; something like 25 or 30 degrees. It is also easy to bump and change the direction without noticing if you don't have the socket on a bolt. Working in tight spaces means repeatedly taking the socket off the bolt/nut to change directions. - Set skips socket some sizes, and doesn't include many wrenches. This 247 piece set includes dozens of rarely used pieces like specialty screwdriver bits, and redundant hex bits, but doesn't find room to include key wrench sizes like 12mm, or 20mm sockets. Because the wrench selection is so limited, expect to use 2 ratchets when tightening any bolt/nut. - Case is not designed for easy use with greasy hands. If you wear plastic gloves while working on a car, and get them greasy, it is very difficult to pull sockets out of the case. Expect to use something to pry them out, like the ratchet, or an extension. - Ratchets are not designed for use with greasy hands. The ratchets do not have a release button on the back for the sockets, and the knurling on the sockets is very minimal. If your hands are greasy (as they often are with automotive work), you'll need to wipe your hands off almost every time you want to remove a socket.
