The DEWALT DXCMH5593011 is a 30-gallon, single-stage air compressor designed for work trucks and jobsites. Powered by a gas engine with an overhead valve (OHV) for better efficiency, it's a great choice for mobile service applications where electricity isn't available. Its durable design includes a cast-iron crankcase, an aluminum head and valve plate for effective heat dissipation, and a metal belt guard to protect the drive system. For smooth operation and reduced vibration, it uses a poly-v pulley and drive belt. The compressor also features a low-oil shutdown and automatic idle control, which saves fuel by lowering the engine's RPM when the tank is full.
