Kiwi 'Prolific' is a flavorful cultivar with smooth skin, so there is no need to peel them, unlike the fuzzy variety! This self-pollinating kiwi vine may be used as a pollinator for other female cultivars. It has a reddish-violet blush on the skin and flesh when ripe. The fruit may vary in size but is similar to several varieties of grapes. 'Prolific' is more cold tolerant than other species and is mainly grown in colder areas, where temperatures can range from 10°F to -18°F. Looks like a dead 1" twig

Bag of peat moss with 1" dead looking twig/root I planted it according to the instructions, but I'm not expecting much. Not even sure there was a plant in the box, it could have been a dead twig in the peat moss. I'll revise my review if it grows. Saving the box and the receipt

Slow but tough

So far, so good. It didn’t grow very much at all last season and I didn’t think it would come back, but I see green! It made it through this INSANE winter this year in Michigan, so I have hope for it. I bought an apple tree from this brand that was toast after a few weeks which was sad. So 1 for 2.. they’re affordable and I’m going to contact the company to see if I can get a credit or something.

Don’t waste your money!

There isn’t anything I liked about it it never grew!
It was a route when I got it. There was a small stem that had come up through the bag as most of them do I followed all the instructions and no matter what I did to it it died. I purchased two of these, and they both died.
