We were excited about this one being in a glass bottle, but when it arrived, we have the same problem that other people have mentioned. The expiration date is far sooner than we could use all of this. The expiration date on the bottle we received from the other brand Duret is much longer.

I never received it.

I intended on purchasing a 250 ML bottle but they only had 500 ml available, so I purchased that thinking I could use it over an extended period, well I got the bottle and the expiration date had 8 moths left on it (10-26) when I expected at least 18 months of use. Second the top a soft aluminum metal was beaten up like someone took a hammer to it. This was not from shipping, it looked as if someone who didn't know how to pierce the middle diaphragm tried to unscrew the top off?? needless to say i had no trust as to what was inside the bottle, so I. returned it and now await my refund. I also had ordered a 250 ml bottle a year earlier and the bottle did not look like it was full even though it didn't look to have been opened before? I threw that away thinking it was a fluke, and didn't bother with a return, but now I really wonder what is going on?

Bottle was not properly packaged, and when it got here, the box was soaked and when I shook it you could hear the glass. I never opened it. I called customer service and after AI answered the phone and put me on hold and told me it would be five minutes, I waited 48 minutes before the call was dropped on the other end. Online customer service does not exist. So i had to take it to a store and return it. I returned it unopened so they could see the condition of the wet box.. FedEx had put the small box that had the broken bottle in it inside a very large box and delivered it that way.
