1. There should be some explanation of the uses for the button choices.
"Bagel" does what?
Toasts one side?
2. I miss the feel of quality. Cuisine Art products look and feel solid, stable.

We like most everything about this toaster but are disappointed that this model takes two runs through to toast an English Muffin. Our previous Cuisinart model had to be placed at near maximum but had a Muffin button that toasted it on a single run.

Bent when we got it

After using it 2 times the bar that raises the toast "basket" stopped coming up. Looks like it was bent when we got it.
No, I do not recommend this product.
