Love to cook on cast iron

I love cooking on cast iron. That this skillet is pre seasoned is quite a convenience for me. The high sides are excellent for preventing alot of grease spatter. The weight of this Lodge product is a bit lighter than my other deep skillet, not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but I appreciate not having to pick up such a heavy pan.
