Works great! Have made a couple of batches of ice cream and both turned out well and were very tasty. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Compact so it fits well on countertop. Only "negative" comment (and this isn't a big one or a complaint) - noisy when operating. But sacrificing a little noise for great tasting ice cream is worth it!

Some of the best ice cream we’ve had and my husband has had lots of ice cream! It was easy to make and once the tub is frozen the ice cream is ready quickly. I’m ready to try another recipe. It’s loud so I’ll let it work it’s magic in the garage the next time.

Just received today and couldn’t be more thrilled! Made FroYo and what a treat. Can’t wait to try gelato, sherbets & sorbets, along with ice milk. Sadly like past reviews have stated; Missing recipe booklet, but able to download the PDF here in the website for free.
