after watching a you tube video on all the preservatives found in todays ice cream, its a no brainer to just make your own. The product is easy and comes with a small recipe book to make most of the favorites. Easy to use, comes out perfect. You just need to transfer the batch to a tupperware container and store in the freezer to get extra hard.

My very 1st and only Ice Cream maker from my trusted brand, Cuisinart!!! I am beyond excited! So far I have made 2 batches of ice cream following the Simple Vanilla recipe in the accompanying recipe book. The first batch was just the vanilla, and the second was a combination of cherry and vanilla! It is very easy to use, takes up little counter space, and best option to create a healthy food product. I use Toasted Coconut Almond milk, pure cane sugar, and heavy whipping cream. Excellent consistency, very healthy, and have kept a batch for over a week without issue or degradation. I purchased 2 1-Quart ice cream containers for storage and keep my bowl covered in clear wrap and in the back of my freezer after all dry from hand washing.

This ice cream maker is a breeze to operate. I’ve had mine for approximately a month and have used it a dozen times. I highly recommend it. I’ve given it as a gift to my brother-in-law.
