The Cuisinart Griddler makes "multifunctional" an understatement! With five separate cooking options, it can handle everything from pancakes to sausages to grilled cheese to steaks, hamburgers and panini. A floating cover and one set of reversible plates that snap in and out turn the Griddler into a Contact Grill, a Panini Press, a Full Grill, a Full Griddle, or Half Grill/Half Griddle. Best investment for the kitchen

This is the best tool for the kitchen. I got one when I got married, move out of the country 10 years latter and took it with me, 5 years later moved back to USA and was not able to bring it back eve though it worked perfectly, I purchased a new one as soon as I could. I can live without a microwave but not without this.

I was surprised how well made this press is made. Easy to clean. Alot of room for many serving. Hamburger, grilled cheese, and sandwiches. Nice machine!
