Faulty toaster

I want to return my toaster ASAP. I had the same toaster for 16 years that worked great until it finally wore out. Bought the same toaster but VERY disappointed. Have to push toaster knob down several times for it to latch and toast. When bread pops up its not toasted properly I push knob down to continue toasting the slice holders will not latch.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It’s a decent toaster but I think there should be an access panel on the bottom of my toaster to be able to clean it easier. And I don’t like the loose moving plastic dials THE whole toaster should be 100% metal except the power cord.
