The mower was shipped in a crate that needed disassembled to get the mower out. Then the mower itself needed some assembly. TSC should provide this service upon delivery of the mower.

Overall a pretty decent mower

I'v used my Cub Cadet X2 two times now and like the mower for it's speed and handling. It does start without too much effort and is pretty straight forward in what it does. The one drawback is the transmission is rather loud compared to the last models (TZ2) you really hear it when engaged and mowing, mine has the 21.5 hp with a 42'' fabricated deck. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars!

Love the mower however, when talking to the associate on the phone said it had to be delivered to my home and never told me it was coming un assembled. It took a number of phone calls to have it rerouted to the store near me to unload and have it assembled.
