I bought 2 of them installed. Bought 2 more installed them too. drilled new holes. Now I have 4, 2 on each side. they make a nice table and protect oil filter and engine. Should be standard available factory option and advertised as such

The angle of the supports should line up eith tbe bars going across. When you split wood with a knot it hits the steel bar and bends tbe wood catcher. I put a sheet of medal over it so the wood wouldn't catch and bend it.

Bolts did not fit my log splitter, was nbd getting it ones that fit. I went with grade 8 bolts.

Good fit on my older 22 T Huskee after drilling 2 1/2" bolt holes. It doesn't bend or flex. Im actually thinking about getting a 2nd one for the opposite side as well. Seems like a very durable paint/coating finish. Makes splitting wood much faster cause you don't have to worry about catching the split pieces or smashing your toes.

Fits perfectly on my 20 ton huskee splitter!! So for anyone looking to see if it will fit your huskee splitter, it 1000% will just get pair or 2in nut & bolt because the ones that come with WILL work but you cant put any washers or lock washers on due to not having enough thread but if you arent bothered by that then by all means just use the stuff included.

This item works great and well worth the money. Dont have to toss the half logs aside and then pick them up again to finish splitting. Highly recommend
