Store and transport your Husqvarna chainsaw in a Husqvarna Powerbox Chainsaw Carrying Case. This stackable carrying case is designed to hold Husqvarna chainsaw models 120, 130, 135, 365, 372 XP, 435, 440, 445, 450 Rancher, 455 Rancher, 460 Rancher, 540 XP, 545, 550 XP, 555, 562 XP, 565, 572 XP, T525, T435, and T540 XP. Made of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) for durable storage, this portable chainsaw holder features double-wall construction to keep your gear protected. This Husqvarna chainsaw case has an internal tool chest design to securely hold filing equipment, filing vise, scrench, spark plug, 2-Stroke oil, bar and chain oil and an operator's manual. This Husqvarna chainsaw case contains a "husky leash" system with replaceable handles and latches to stabilize smaller saws for a secure fit and to protect your cutting equipment. A heavy-duty piano hinge ensures that this Hi-Vis carrying case has the rugged durability to transport Husqvarna models reliably. This single, fully assembled case comes with an 18- to 20-inch scabbard.

Husqvarna chainsaws

I have have a case for all 6 of my husqvarna saws and I love them. The only saw that's not in a case is my 592xp because it won't fit. It would be greatly appreciated if a case could be made to fit the larger saws like the 592xp.

Grab-and-Go Storage for the Husqvarna 440 18in

After buying the Husqvarna 440 for hobby-farm work (storm cleanup, limbing, and firewood), the Husqvarna Powerbox turned out to be the upgrade I didn’t know I needed. The 440 is already a user-friendly saw with features like Smart Start and LowVib for easier handling during longer cutting sessions—so having a case that keeps it protected and ready to roll is a big win.
The Powerbox feels built for real use, with double-wall HDPE construction and a secure “Husky leash” retention system that prevents the saw from sliding around in the truck or on the ATV. Even better, it’s designed to store the saw and the essentials (scrench, filing tools, oil, manual), so everything I need for the 440 lives in one place instead of scattered around the shop.
The included 18"–20" scabbard is a great safety/cleanliness touch, and the whole case is stackable, which helps keep my garage organized.
Bottom line: the Powerbox is durable, practical, and makes owning the Husqvarna 440 easier by keeping the saw and accessories protected, organized, and truly grab-and-go.
