Great product yet some bags arrived ripped open.

Cleaned oats look ok but do have a lot of little round black seeds in ecery bag so far. Bought 10 bags online, had them delivered. Upon arrival a few of the bags on the bottom of the shipping pallet had ripped and spilled out in the back of the delivery truck. The driver was kind enough to snap pictures of the damages and says to inform Tractor supply's refund department. I did with no response from Tractor supply. So went through my credit card company for the refund and got it there instead. Ratings: 5 stars for the oats themselves. 4 stars for delivery and a helpful driver. ZERO Stars for Tractor Supply customer service.
