Sheep: Gradually introduce grain mix to reach 0.24 LB to 0.5 LB per head per day for growing and breeding sheep. Lactating ewes may be increased to 1 LB to 2 LB of grain per day. Lambs should be vaccinated for enterotoxemia if they are to be fed high levels of grain. Goats: Growing and breeding goats may be fed 0.25 LB to 1 LB per head per day to compliment forage. Lactating does may be fed 0.5 LB grain mix per LB milk produced per day. Trace mineral salt should be available at all times. Fresh clean water should be available at all times.
