The Chief 3.5 in. Bore x 30 in. Stroke WTG Welded Tang Cylinder is an incredibly durable cylinder. It is sometimes referred to as a lug end cylinder, due to a 1-piece lug mount welded to both the rod and base ends of the hydraulic cylinder. This welded hydraulic cylinder can utilize a spherical ball or steel bushing insert to improve wear life and is most commonly used in heavy-duty construction equipment.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

- Piston: ductile iron, thread-on with wear ring
- Gland: keyed joint, ductile iron
- Tube: precision-honed steel
- Rod: induction-hardened, hard chrome-plated
- Rod end mount: cast 1045 steel, welded-on
- Spherical bearing with retaining ring for versatility
- 1/8 NPT grease zerk
- Base end mount: cast 1045 steel, hardened spring steel bushing, 1/8 NPT grease zerk
- Tube seal: Buna O-ring with polytemp hytrel backup
- Rod seal: deep polypak with B-lip design
- Rod wiper: urethane, snap-in
- Piston seals: Hallite 755 for prolonged wear resistance, with wear ring
- All seals are manufactured to U.S. specifications
- Ports: SAE O-ring
- Paint: black; custom colors are available
- 3,600 PSI pressure rating
- Forged steel tang mountings with integral heavy-duty bushings
- 360 degree rotating gland for a reliable hydraulic cylinder
