Use the Chapin Exit ATV Sprayer and stop wasting water, chemical concentrate and time. This ATV sprayer's separate water and concentrate tanks mean no more messy and wasteful premixing of chemicals - and your water stays clean! The Mixes on Exit ATV sprayer tank system is designed around 2 tanks. And with additional concentrate tanks available (sold separately), you can swap your chemicals out on the fly when you're on the job. A simple Mix Valve control with this ATV sprayer pump allows you to adjust the concentrate from 1 to 15 oz. per gallon. This 15 gallon ATV sprayer includes a lockable poly shut-off and wand to provide versatile, adjustable spraying on the go, with optional boom spray kits available (sold separately).

  • Adjustable mix valve gives you control by allowing 1-15 oz. of concentrate per gal. of water
  • The Quick Connect fitting of this ATV sprayer tank makes it easy to swap concentrate tanks (additional concentrate tanks sold separately)
  • Poly nozzle adjusts from tight stream to fine cone mist for the right spray
  • Switchable boom and spot spray functions (boom spray kits sold separately) for better control
  • Drain cap to quickly empty the water tank
  • Requires Chapin 6430 or 6330 mounting kit (Sold Separately) for proper mounting of Chapin boom kits to standard ATV/UTV racks

    Missing many parts

    Missing several pieces of unit. The spray wand with tips. The hold down straps and the cap for draining the main tank. Had to contact customer support to order missing pieces. Waiting to hopefully get parts.

    Won't get to use it until spring so I measured 10 gallons of water in the tank, 10- gallon mark was only 1/2 gallon off. No big deal. I measured 16 oz in the mixer tank and set it on 4 oz and tested it, came out perfect. No leaks and. worked good .

    Good concept with issues

    The concept is a good one. There was a problem trying to get the pump to prime. The large strainer basket pinches the hose so it couldn’t be used. After tightening all hoses the pump worked

    Issues primping every time

    I have had nothing but grief with this sprayer , I have trouble getting it to prime every time I use it , I have spent more time trying to get it to work than I would if I had used a two gallon hand pump up sprayer. I have used it about ten times and now it will not work at all and yes it is out of warranty and I’m not going to spend money repairing something that did not work right from the beginning. It’s a great ideal for a product but it need so work.
