Q: This unit only has about two seconds of pressure then you have to wait and let it build up again does not work as advertised

Q: Do you have to purchase 12V battery for power? Or could it be powered by golfcart battery

    1 Answer
    • Fimco Industries
A: Yes, you can power this sprayer using a golf cart battery, as long as it is a 12-volt system. The pump requires a standard 12V DC power source. If your golf cart uses a single 12-volt battery (or multiple 12V batteries wired in parallel), it will work great. However, if your golf cart operates on a 36V or 48V system (using 6V or 8V batteries series-wired), you would need to either connect to a single 12V accessory battery or use a 12V voltage reducer to prevent damaging the pump motor. The sprayer comes with a lead wire equipped with alligator clips to hook directly to battery terminals. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about your specific setup!

Q: Is there an adapter available so you could plug it into a auxiliary DC jack

    2 Answers
    • Fimco Industries
A: Yes, there is! While this sprayer comes standard with a lead wire equipped with alligator clamps to connect directly to a 12-volt battery, you can absolutely plug it into an auxiliary DC jack (cigarette lighter style) by purchasing an optional cigarette lighter adapter lead wire. This gives you a quick and convenient power connection option for your vehicle or ATV.

Q: How come you can’t use surfactant in the tank. Most or all brush killer comes with it.

    1 Answer
    • Fimco Industries
A: Surfactants are hard on the pumps, due to the sticky residue they leave inside the pumps. There are several chemicals that don't use surfactants.

Q: With the supplied wand, wand is the maximum hose length that will maintain the same spray pattern(s)?

    1 Answer
    • Fimco Industries
A: With that sprayer, you can go up to approximately a 30' length of hose before you start really noticing a difference in your spray and pressure. We would recommend about 25', but you can go to a maximum of 30'.

I always get the wrong box

I bought this sprayer 1 week ago and I went to use it today (labor day) and it was leaking from the line going into the pump the threads were stripped. So I took it back to tractor supply and they gave me a new one with no problem at all. I got the new one home check it all out put water in it and the pump started pumping I sprayed for less than 30 seconds and the motor quit I checked the fuses and everything was fine I even changed them and still nothing. Now I have to return this one and they don’t have any more in stock so I’m out a sprayer until they get more in great!!!!!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are so sorry to hear about the frustration you've experienced! Please note that this sprayer uses an on-demand pump, which is designed to automatically shut off as soon as the spray wand lever is released (when discharge pressure builds up) and turn back on when you pull the trigger.

If the motor remains completely off even while squeezing the wand trigger, something else may be going on. Please call our technical support team directly at 1-800-831-0027 before taking it back—we can help troubleshoot the issue over the phone or immediately ship out replacement parts so you aren't left without a working sprayer! Low quality

Absolute garbage product. I filled it up to spray after one use I can’t get any pressure. TSC should be ashamed. It was a waste of time buying this product and an even bigger waste of time trying to use it. It took me hours to spray a fraction of the tank. I would get pressure for a half a second and then it would go to a dribble and I would have to wait and let it sit and build up more pressure and then a half a second of spray and then a dribble. It’s such a shame that a company that pretends to be offering reasonably priced equipment for hard-working blue-collar people would sell this trash to us. Don’t waste your time. Spend the extra money and get a quality product from somewhere else.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We are very sorry to hear about the frustration and lost time you experienced with your sprayer. Delivering reliable equipment is our top priority, and we apologize for the poor experience on your second use. The symptom you described—getting a brief burst of pressure followed immediately by a dribble—almost always indicates that debris has accumulated on the suction filter on the intake line. Manufacturing residue or unmixed chemical particles can quickly settle over the filter screen, blocking fluid flow to the pump until the pump pauses and lets the debris drop off momentarily. Unscrewing and rinsing the suction strainer screen, along with flushing out the tank, should restore full, continuous flow immediately. If clearing the filter does not solve the issue, please call our technical support team at 800-831-0027. FimcoInc

    Fingers 🤞

Bought this sprayer about a week ago. Filled with water and the drain cover leaked. Could not tighten enough to keep from dipping. Had very slow drip and because I had it filled with water went ahead and put in round up. Pump primed right off. Sprayer about 2 gallon on my spillway, then wand started dripping all over my hand at the pin. Finished spraying till empty. Called Fimco, got immediate response, said would send new wand , came two days later. Installed new wand today, installed a hose bib cap on the drain, filled, looked good, then it started dripping at the intake port. Drained again, put Teflon tape and pipe dope on intake port, refilled. Spray wand works good. Letting it sit a while now to see if all leaks have stopped. Also I cut off battery clamps and installed connectors for the atv battery. If all the leaks have stopped, it seems to work well. Fimco gets 5*s. Told TSC I needed new wand, told me they would replace complete sprayer. TSC 3*s

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the 5-star rating for our customer service team! We are glad to hear our team was able to get that replacement wand to you quickly. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the initial leaks at the drain cap and intake port. Tank fittings and drain caps rely on rubber washers/O-rings seating cleanly to form a tight seal, and we appreciate you taking the extra steps with Teflon tape and the hose bib cap to get everything sealed up tight. We hope the sprayer continues to perform smoothly for all your upcoming spraying projects. If you ever need further assistance or replacement seals, please don't hesitate to give our support team a call at 800-831-0027! FimcoInc
