The Fimco 65 gal. 7-Nozzle UTV Sprayer is a lawn sprayer with a boom that is chemical resistant and provides up to 50 ft. of spraying diameter. The command center manifold comes complete with quick-connect fittings, built-in ball valves and a pressure gauge port that allows you to fine tune chemical applications. A 32-oz. measuring cup is attached to the lid for easy mixing. This towable UTV sprayer also features an easy-grip design that allows for simple spray boom installation and removal.

Q: Does this come with the battery to power the pump? If not, are we to use the FIMCO 20 volt, or a standard 12 volt?

- A: Battery does not come with the sprayer. You can use the lead wire that comes with the sprayer to connect to your UTV battery or you can use a 12V stand-alone battery to connect to. Any 12-volt battery will work for a stand-alone. They do recommend something like a marine battery, as it will hold a charge longer, but any 12-volt battery will suffice.7 months agoHelpful?
Q: I already have a boom for a old 25 gallon Fimco but I would just like to order the 65 gallon tank with all the connections and pump on it. Is that possible?

- A: We do not have just the tank with the pump and connections. Only with the booms that come with them. You can part out everything needed, however, sometimes that costs ends up more than just purchasing a complete sprayer.11 months agoHelpful?

- A: you can just purchase the boom. A complete boom which includes the nozzle harness is a 5301897. Just the metal boom itself is a 5277780. This sprayer exceeded my expectations. Assembly was simple, only took around 30 minutes to complete. I was looking for something that I could use on our yard around the house about 1 acre. To big for a backpack sprayer. I’ve got a 300 gallon 3 point sprayer for the tractor, but the tractor tires do to much damage to the lawn. This sprayer fits perfectly in my kubota RTV.. After calibrating and setting the pressure I put it to work. Took me about 30 minutes to completely spray the entire yard with pre emergent. The spray wand works great also. I did make a couple modifications to the hoses going to the boom. I installed a ball valve on the main line going to the booms and a valve on both side of the booms so I could shut off the right side boom and or the middle boom so I can spray the driveway and fence lines. I’m also going to install a bigger drain valve at the bottom of the tank to make clean up faster. The original drain is way too small and it takes forever to empty the tank I highly recommend this sprayer to anyone with a large yard or small pasture.

I have used the sprayer for a few weeks now and overall, I like it. The first positive thing that I liked was the handles on top of the tank aided in lifting it into the UTV. The boom was of good quality and assembly was fairly straightforward. The hand wand works well. The only real knock came when I initially added water to test everything out - two of the nozzles were not putting out any spray. Finally realized that two of the anti-drip stainers were malfunctioning and not allowing any flow through. I put in some other screens that I had on hand, and the water then came out of all the nozzles. But of course, they two added ones allowed the continued dripping of water (and herbicide).

Meh. Good capacity, weak stream.

It's alright. Either the pump is undersized for a 7 nozzle boom or the nozzles are not right. It doesn't throw much product out to the side. Basically, it only sprays under the nozzles. Also, when folding boom in/out caution is required to not get hoses bound up. Because of the folding, the tubing at the joint seems to be permanently kinked. Maybe that explains weak flow at the outermost nozzles. On first use, nothing came out so I removed the filters and that worked. Seeing these reviews, I'll have to check the ball check valves. I use this at my hunt club and having 65 gallons on board saves a lot of time coming out of the woods to refill, so that's nice.

If you haven't contacted our customer service team yet regarding the check valve strainers, please call us at 800-831-0027 and they'll be happy to assist you with replacements. As for the low flow, the pump is large enough to accommodate the 7-nozzles. Possibly the strainer has debris on it. It doesn't take much on the strainer to cause that sort of an issue. Our team can also help troubleshoot that issue for you as well.
