The CASTAIR contractor series portable air compressor features truly impressive build quality that s a cut above the competition. This compressor uses a cast iron sleeve pump, running with oil lubrication at low RPMs to make the machine quieter, with up to 10 times the service life of an oil-less compressor. Thie compressor also has a ASME-compliant safety valve installed, and a heavy-duty pressure switch with on/off control. The twin stack 4-gal. tanks are made in the USA, finished with a vivid blue powder coat.
