The Carry-On Trailer EZ Lube Idler Axle has a 88 in. hub face and 74.5 in. spring seat spacing. The idler axle fits 5-lug wheels with 4.5 in. bolt pattern. The round steel tube design of the EZ lube idle axle offers long-term strength and reliability. The idler axle has a 3,500 lb. maximum weight capacity.

- A: There is a black plug that is removable in the center of the dust cap on the axle. Remove the plug and you will see a grease zerk (fitting for a grease gun). You can buy grease cylinders for the grease gun that are Lithium Complex Auto Motive Bearing Grease. Do not over fill the grease. You can push the rear seal out.a year agoHelpful?

Q: I just purchased a 88/74 easy lube axle For my 6 x 10 Anderson utility trailer. After purchasing it and getting it home it says track length 74.5 why does the specs online say 74 track length which that's what I measure from the center of the springs?

- A: The term track length is used on the Tractor Supply website. Being the manufacturers of the trailers we use dimensions of the axle rather than track length. The dimension of this axle is 88" hub face to hub face and 74" spring center to spring center.9 years agoHelpful?

Product was as described and works great. I did need to find some u-bolts after the fact but wish I had noticed some recommendations on their website when I ordered it. Found some elsewhere but it turned out great in the end though.
