Did not come with any mounting hardware....

Item was needed for my hay baler's broken jack. That one used a swivel, pipe-mount but it snapped off. Rather than go through the trouble of welding the pipe mount back on, I thought I'd go with a bolt-on. This one seemed to fit the bill but wasn't up to snuff. First, the frame of the baler is not rectangular, but more triangular, which doesn't work well with this jack (it needs straight, parallel surfaces). Did get it on, but had to buy reinforcement brackets/plates to hold the jack on since the original ones with the jack are not heavy duty enough (they bent upon tightening). Finally, once on, there is no foot to this jack...which was o.k. since I needed a longer foot for it anyhow in order to reach the ground. Once all was installed, it 'leaned' precariously when used and didn't look like it would hold. After two uses, it didn't...it leaned on the round swivel part (which is only held on with a thin snap ring) and then broke apart & collapsed. Bottom line--this jack may be o.k. for a light boat trailer on a perfectly flat surface, but for anything near its max rated capacity and/or on an uneven/rough surface, it won't suffice.

You need to buy a base for jack because its not included
