Running on only 4 AA batteries (included), the automatic chicken coop opener kit is easy to fit to any chicken coop. The all-in-one design of this chicken coop opener kit also makes setting up a breeze; no messy wiring or limit switches to attach to your coop and no manual calibration is necessary.

    Opener is Great, the door is NOT

    The doors are so lightweight that the second (outer) door wont go any lower than the inside door will go down, when it loses the weight of the 2nd door it stops and the coop stays half open all night. i've had to add weights to my door to get it to slide all the way down with gravity. i've got Excellent clearance on both sides, nothing is too tight. save yourself some money and just get an opener, or get one with a one piece door.

    This coop is the best! We ordered it through the store and it was delivered really fast. We had someone through Tractor Supply to put it together for us and he was very courteous and fast on assembling it. We are very pleased with the product and the staff of Tractor Supply.
