Charcoal seemed to smoke and catch fire when adding to coals does put off good heat but acted like it got filler plus price was high

Clean, woody smoke flavor. I like that they're smaller than B&B 'cause I'm usually grilling for 1 or 2. Less leftover .

Just wanted to say, we will never buy another kind of charcoal. This has been the best ever and my husband is over the moon. We have always loved the blues hog rub, but oh my gosh, the charcoal takes The cake!!!! Even the dog says so!!!!

I’ve tried many different brands. These are the best by far. Great Flavor, no boric filler like that other brand. A lot of people don’t understand that all natural briquettes don’t have that filler that keeps them together (kinda like a glue). So these types tend to fall apart BUT Blues Hog really doesn’t crumble like the others. Plus without the filler you get hotter temps and less ash.
