Plastic in feed

I found a lot of hard plastic pieces in this.feed. This is the second time this happened. It appears the plastic may have been in the milling/cutting device as the items were cut like the pellets.

I purchased this bag of pellets at the El Centro, CA location. I was able to use the top layer of pellets, but below it, the pellets were moldy. I threw the bag away. I would like a refund.
