- A: The vendor is not sure what does consumer mean on light proof. And they assume that the customer is asking whether or not the tarp is treated with UV proof. The UV proof additive is added during manufacturing process and vendor confirms this product is light (UV) proof. Yet, it is still recommended not to expose the product to the light for a long period of time. Such long term exposure could deteriorate product life and its performance.5 years agoHelpful?
