Spring time in the Midwest, used the spreader to fertilize the lawn. The spreader itself is light. I loved the adjustment button on the handle, allows how much product comes out at one time. Using the winding handle is simple. This handheld spreader isn't to big, easy to put on a shelf, doesn't take up much space. The whole unit is plastic, makes for easy cleaning. I'm excited to use in next winter. I figured it would make putting salt down easy. With it being plastic I can just rinse it out after using the salt and won't have to worry about the unit rusting.

This is the most convenient little hand held seed spreader! After installing a new drain field we had to put grass seed in. Initially we used a large spreader to get the bulk of the job done, but as the grass was coming in and we could see the spots that were missed this one was a perfect grab and go option. The seeds come out great and there is an option to adjust the amount of seed that flys out. After we are done it’s easy to rinse out and stick on the shelf for the next time!
