There is a section in the manual that explains this on page 6.ENGLISH • Loosely attach the ferrules (N) and the nuts (H) to the flow plate. • Set the flow control gauge (2) at setting "18". • Move the flow control arm (4) back against the gauge. • Verify that the slots in the bottom of the hopper are completely open, and that the flow plates are evenly aligned with the slots. If not, adjust the ferrules (N) until the slots are open and the flow plates are aligned. • Check the flow plate position with the flow control gauge (2) moved to setting "0". Poor assembly design. Poor quality control. Avoid.

Was hoping to give it a 3-4 due to difficulty of assembly. Instructions are IKEA-like but worse and out of order. I had to disassemble and reassemble it a couple times to do it in a correct order that makes sense instead of what the instructions give. Also, all the assembly parts are all together which would be fine but there are a couple that are only different by the smallest of measurements in length or width and there’s a lot of eyeballing to see which bolt is the “bigger” one to find the correct piece. There are also very hard to reach places where the nuts/bolts need to be put on and you’ll for sure need someone to help you. Once I finished the frustrating assembly I was hopeful to take it out to give it a grade on quality/performance. However, they completely missed welding on a critical piece for it to function (picture), so I never got to take it out. I reached out to the company and am waiting to hear back to see if they make it right. For now, my advice is avoid this product. After looking at other reviews it appears there’s a lot of similar experiences. I’m thinking I’ll end up having to break it down and send it back wasting several hours of my life.
