Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dogs actually love it! Best value for grain free puppy and dog food and my dogs love it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great food but the puppy hates it. The puppy formula kibble is a great quality and a healthy blend for my growing puppy. However, the only way I can get him to eat it is to add canned food to it. He absolutely hates the taste of the kibble by itself. I love how his coat shines due to the vitamins he gets from this food.

I have a 8 month old Australian Sheppard I feed her Diamond brand puppy food , what's the difference between the 2 4 health and Diamond

Asked by: angmom73
While the formulas will have some similar ingredients, such as our superfoods and patented probiotics, each recipe is unique. The Diamond Puppy formula, for example, contains chicken by-product meal as its protein source, along with ingredients like corn and grains. It also contains 31% protein and 20% fat. The 4Health Grain Free Puppy formula does not contain ingredients such as corn, wheat or grains. Protein comes from chicken and chicken meal, making it 27% protein and 15% fat.

My dog is eating this food well. At one point should i take her off the puppy brand? She is just about 6 months old.

Asked by: Kevin in GS
As a general guide, we recommend transitioning puppies to adult food at about 10–12 months of age. For large or giant breeds, between 12–18 months of age is a good time to make the transition to adult food. However, if you’re feeding an All Life Stages formula, your dog can continue on the formula indefinitely.
