Want to love this product. My lab has mastered how to open in minutes. Unless there are suggestions on how to make this last over 20 mins… it’s just affordable.

I have purchased about 5 of there, a new one about every 3 months. After 2 months, the rubber threads become almost sticky, making the toy impossible to open. I read the suggestions which included freezing the ball as well as wiping the threads with coconut oil. I’m now to the point of prying a knife between them and spraying WD-40 in to get it open. That necessitates carefully scrubbing the toy afterwards to ensure all the WD-40 is cleaned off as I’m sure it would be toxic for my dog. It’s beyond frustrating.

We recently got the Woof Pupsicle Super Chewer for our puppies and it’s quickly become one of their favorite enrichment toys! Both of them absolutely love it. As soon as it comes out, they get so excited and settle in right away to work on their treat. Right now it takes them about 15 minutes to get through a refill, which has been perfect for keeping them occupied and mentally stimulated. It’s been a great way to give them something productive to focus on. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to use and clean. The design makes it simple to load the refill and rinse it out afterward without any hassle. Next, we’re planning to try freezing the refills to see if it helps them last even longer. If that works, it’ll make an already great enrichment toy even better! Overall, the pups are big fans and so are we. Definitely a great option for dogs that enjoy a good chew and a little challenge.

Love the idea of this product. My dog loves all of your products from the antler, the boomerang, and pupscicle. HOWEVER, the unscrewing of the pupscicle has me ready to throw it away. I’ve rolled it, oiled it, and soaked it in water. I get it open eventually but it is a fight. When I used oil it worked smooth screwing in but then to unscrew it after my dog is done was back to sticking and hard to open. There has to be an easier way or a better product.
