I bought this for my dogs in the lager and they both love it so much every time I pull it out they go crazy for it

Piece of junk

Bought this for my big dog, put in a treat and she went crazy for it. Kept her occupied for the advertised 20 minute, but now the issue is we can’t get it in-screwed to put a new treat in. Even tried 2 pair of channel locks, still won’t open.

No, I do not recommend this product.
