The WorkHorse Sprayers 25 gal. ATV Sprayer with 3-Nozzle Boom provides the quality and dependability needed season after season. Designed to provide the same amount of coverage as most 7-nozzle sprayers, the ATV mounted sprayer is ideal for spraying gardens, driveways, ditches, ponds, pastures and orchards. It's designed to provide 140 in. of total spray coverage. The ATV sprayer also features chemical-resistant construction and is RoundUp ready for durability.

Works great, hard to beat for the price, USA made!

Set this sprayer in the back of my EZGO TXT PDS 36V golf cart that has a utility bed on the back. Using a 36v to 12v converter to run 12v accessories, including this sprayer.
I have 5 acres and so far this sprayer did very well when I applied a grass safe weed killer to my 5 acre lawn. I used Spectracide concentrate formula. I added two 40oz bottles to 25 gallons of water and the sprayer holds about 30psi on full blast (20 to 30 psi is recommended for the boom nozzles) and drove at 5 MPH. Takes about 4 tanks to cover 5 acres, so 100 gallons of water.
Then I went down my fence rows that surround my entire property and sprayed them down with the hand held wand which also worked very well.
When finished, I just ran a full tank of clean fresh water through the boom and some through the hand wand, flipped the boom upside down, removed the sprayer and stored it in my barn.
I plan on using it for spraying house cleaner to remove algae and to apply fertilizers to the lawn. And possibly spray a pesticide on the lawn to kill off fire ants.
For the price it's hard to beat.
Comes with TeeJet nozzles so I might try different styles of TeeJet brand nozzles.

Broken Parts! ;-(

Hi Folks! Just wanted to drop a line here! My wife purchased this ATV sprayer for me for a 2020 Christmas Gift. Just opened the box up about two weeks ago (March 21). I Lay out all the parts on the garage floor and come to find out I have a broken connector nut on the supply line to the 3 sprayer jets. I assembled the sprayer as far as I could, which was extremely simple, less than 30 minutes. Took a trip to my local hardware store to purchase a hose clamp and replacement coupler. Cut connector and compression clamp from hose and installed new hardware. Tested sprayer jets & wand with water and sprayer works good. Sprayer has about a 55" - 60" spray path and wand has an adjustable jet for spot or 15' stream spray. I'm somewhat pleased with the sprayer but not impressed with the quality assurance on packaging. As far as recommending this item to a friend, I probably would recommend and I give it a 6 out-of-10. I hope this was helpful to you.

Hard to strap down

Hard to strap down. Fill it with 25 gallons of water which is 200 lbs, and try strapping it down to a ATV rack. Theres no tie-down holes or anything so the only option is 2 ratchet straps over the tank in the grooves they provide. This is not enough to hold it on. Nicely built and quality components, but getting it to stay on your ATV - good luck.

Hi Fred, thank you for the feedback! We’re glad to hear you appreciate the build quality. You’re right—200 lbs. of liquid creates a lot of 'slosh' momentum, which is a challenge on rugged terrain. Many of our customers find that using rubber matting underneath the tank or switching to cam-buckle straps (which can be cinched tighter into those grooves than ratchets) helps eliminate that sliding. We take your feedback on tie-down points seriously and will share this with our design team for future iterations!

Missing key components

I had to return this item. It was missing key parts (the boom brackets). The parts bags had also already been torn open. I did not bother to inventory the rest of the small parts in those various open bags when main components were missing. A total waste of time.

Sorry you had that issue with the missing parts. Don't understand why there would be open bags, unless this was possibly a unit they had in stock and maybe removed some parts for another customer and forgot to replace. Otherwise, coming directly from us, the bags should have been sealed. Wish you would have called our customer service team, as they would have been happy to assist you with the missing parts.

Great sprayers works great for spraying food plots for hunting. Sprays a very wide path. The instructions for assembling were awful just pictures no directions. Put other than that easy to assemble.

Thank you for your purchase of the Workhorse 25-gallon ATV sprayer from Tractor Supply. Glad to hear that it's working great for spraying your food plots. We acquired the Workhorse sprayer line last year and have heard that the manuals were not the greatest. We have been working diligently this past summer to update all the Workhorse manuals to be more uniform with our own line of sprayers and have completed over 90% of them. Just waiting on final approval from our engineering team. Typically these manuals will be approved, about the only thing that might change in them is possibly a spelling error or part number change from the current build. Even though, you've already assembled your sprayer, if you would like a current manual, you can call our customer service team at 888-433-6631 and request one, just be sure to tell them that you would like the updated manual. The manual was updated last month in July and has better assembly instructions, breakdown of sprayer parts and other pertinent information.
