JUNK!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY

Mine was junk. The door would not open and shut correctly and the electronic lock quit working within a month. Winchester sent a repairman to fix it but he came without knowing the combination to the new electronic lock and just left without it working! I had to call Winchester myself and get the combination but when I entered it the electronic lock still would not work. The technician Precision Lock and Safe would not come back and fix his mistakes and Winchester safes would not send anyone else? Be advised if you purchase this you really have no warranty!

The safe works well as both a combination long and short gun safe. My only negative comment so far is that two out of the three door holsters are not usable because they line up with the vertical shelf bracket and even a single stack pistol causes the door not to close correctly.

Great Safe, But Capacity Is More Like 14, not 20

I picked up my safe at the local TSC and was given great support by the TSC crew in getting it into my truck bed. I got it into my basement fine, and set it up without any issues. I kept the metal framework attached to the bottom to keep it off my concrete floor. My only "nit" is the claim to hold 20 long guns. I used the shelves on the right half of the safe and so that cut my capacity down to ten long guns. I have three rifles and three shotguns in there, and nothing more is going to fit. So, in theory, it MAY fit 20, but in reality, it can hold no more than about 14 in total. I have no regrets buying it, but potential buyers need to be aware of this.
