The Tracker Safe 6 Gun 1.71 cu. ft. Biometric Security Safe is ideal for bedside, closet, dresser, garage, cabin, summer home, rentals, car, or RV. Multiple users can register their fingerprints so multiple people can use this highly secure safe. It is great for users that prefer not to remember combinations. This steel safe features a non-fire insulated front opening. Made from 14 gauge steel with mounting hardware included.
- 3/16 thick steel door and 14 gauge steel body
- Biometric finger print and electronic keypad (dual access: either or)
- Steel safe's door is secured with two (2) 3/4 round bolts and a reinforced door frame that the bolts lock into when the safe is in the locked closed position
- Tracker Safe Security Safe's body has four (4) 3/8 pre-drilled holes on the back of the safe for mounting to wall or other hard application
- Concrete mounting hardware included
- 1 year parts warranty, lifetime warranty against fire/theft

Had to call factory to get it to work, he told me to bench something with a screwdriver, and the safe still doesnt work right. Frustrating.

Fire rated safes need thicker steel and insulation to create a fire rating. Fire rated safes are typically much larger than this particular model.

I guess it is a good safe. Cons: It looks like molded plastic. I’m sure it is strong, definitely not fire proof. Pros: light weight and I like the finger scanner option to open!

Excellent Safe and highly recommend

This safe has served it's purpose to lock away my firearms and ammo. The fingerprint reader works great for us being we have multiple people in the house. Each can have their own scan. Excellent choice to protect your firearms and the ones you love.
