The Viair 2.0 gal. High Flow 150 PSI Tank Air Source Kit comes with a powerful, 30% duty cycle, 280C VIAIR compressor mounted on a 150 PSI-rated 2.0 gal. Matte Black air tank with 5 ports. All Air Source kits come with a pre-wired pressure switch (P/N / 110-150 PSI). The 150 PSI Tank Air Source kit comes complete with a 1/4 in. NPT brass drain cock, 1/4 in. NPT ASME coded and certified safety valve, 1/2 in. NPT port compression fitting for 3/8 in. (I.D.) air line pre-installed. To use the Air Source kit, simply connect the pressure switch to fused power, make a solid ground, and connect an air line to the compression fitting. The use of a 40-amp relay and an appropriately-rated fuse is strongly recommended to preserve the life of the pressure switch.

Q: 30% duty cycle is how long of a run time before needing to be shut off? How fast does it fill the tank to 150 PSI? Can it be used to fill full size truck tires?
6 years ago- A: It takes about 3 minutes and 40 seconds to fill the tank from 0 to 150psi. For larger truck tires I would recommend the 20007 or 20008 as those units come with larger more capable compressors.6 years agoHelpful?
