Product was great everything else nope

The motor works great. However ordering off the website I paid for over night shipping and they screwed up and did not send the motor over bight it can standard a week later. They gave me back my shipping when I called CS but nothing was done to hurry up my order. So motor great. Ordering processing and shipping terrible

Working Great

We have an older model US Stove Co. Pellet stove. We purchased this motor to replace the original motor which was no longer working. I am not a Mr. Fix it kind of guy, but we were able to replace the motor relatively easily. The new motor is working great, and seems quieter than the original motor. Since we only replaced this very recently, I can't speak to the longevity or reliability of the new motor. But so far / so good!
