Q: There are different specs for size on transfer flow website did the size change in the last year? I want to fit it under cover so 3” from 14.5 will work. But 3” above 17.5 will not.

Q: I intend to use this tank to refill my aircraft. I'm using Alcohol free gas only (PureGas). Once the pump's electric pump is turned on, does the handle actually control the flow of the liquid? Can this tank be used with PureGas?

- A: This tank and pump is set up for gasoline, diesel and/or kerosene. The manufacturer does not know enough about Pure Gas but the little info they could gather from the web, it appears it is ‘gas’ – as opposed to aviation fuel. The nozzle is not ‘automatic’. DOT regulations require that the nozzle be manual; you will have to monitor the filling and cannot walk away.7 years agoHelpful?

- A: The dimensions are 40" L x 20 " W x 14-1/2" H. Add three inches to the height of the tank to accommodate the fillneck and three inches to the width of the tank for mounting brackets.8 years agoHelpful?

Awesome purchase by far that I've made this 2019 year. Top of the line work put into this custom tank, very happy full in full with decision to go with this particular transfer fuel tank that is dot approved! For diesel, gas, and kerrosin.
