The JohnDow Industries 50 gal. Diesel Carry Tank is designed to transport and transfer diesel fuel wherever it's needed. This diesel fuel transfer tank provides the convenience of having a refueling station that goes wherever the job requires diesel fuel. This transfer flow fuel tank is great for farm, construction, recreation, industrial, fleet and other markets. This self-contained fuel transfer tank comes complete with a 12V pump, hose and automatic nozzle. Just hook-up to a 12V power source and start pumping. - A: Hello, thank you for your question. Yes, it will need to be hooked up to a 12V power source. These tanks do not typically come with a standard wall plug. - A: No filter visible. Assume that there is an in-line screen of some sort. Any addition of a filter would have to be external to the unit and take some ingenuity to install. So far, I'm very pleased with this product. It services my operation well.5 years agoHelpful?

Great product and fits perfectly in the bed of my Toyota Tundra. The only thing I would like to see different is the power cable be about 6 feet longer so that it can reach the battery under the hood of my truck. I've had to add a battery to the bed of the truck for my power source.
