PROS: As a bridge and freeway concrete laborer, I prefer the material of the belt instead of the leather, only because in doing concrete, your bags get wet frequently. I am also a woman and chose this brand because of being able to customize for the task, and the belt is no different. I have always had to cut my belts and drill new holes to get it small enough, but this one you cut and melt the end, AND they give you a nice metal clip to finish it off. Looks nice. CONS: These might sound petty.. The clip is plastic.. Although really tough plastic. I actually think it will work for many years to come. Wish they made it in just black. I wear enough yellow with my work vests and shirts.
