Q&As

1 - 6 of 6 Questions

Q: How long does it take for a full recharge? How much for each extra battery? How long will the battery hold a charge?

1 Answer
  • A: Hi, there! Thanks so much for your question. The 60V 2.5ah battery included with this unit has a charge time of 60 minutes. Keeping in mind that prices may vary, you can view just the 60V 2.5ah battery online at: https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/toro-60-volt-max-flex-force-power-system-25-ah-lithium-ion-l135-battery-88625. Runtime will vary based on conditions, however, all our 60V batteries work across all our 60V tools. That said, you can supplement a larger battery for extended runtime. Hope this helps, thanks!

Q: Where are the Toro chain saw and pole saw manufactured, what country?

1 Answer
  • A: Toro manufactures most of its products in the United States, primarily in the Midwest, with facilities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska and Michigan. Q: Is the battery of Toro chainsaw (51850) interchangeable with the battery of Toro string trimmer 51831)?  If not, which string trimmer  model has an interchangeable battery  with the chainsaw

1 Answer
  • A: Yes, the battery for the Toro 60V chainsaw will work with the Toro 60V string trimmer. All Toro 60v batteries will work across all Toro 60v tools. However, it is not suggested to use the 2.0ah or 2.5ah battery as your single source of power in either the snow blower or the lawn mower due to the power requirement in those types of applications. The 2.0ah or the 2.5ah battery would be best used to supplement a 4.0ah, 6.0ah or 7.5ah battery for additional run time. Thank you.
