- A: Hi, there! Thanks for your question. We currently do not offer a deck cleanout adapter for this model #76614. To clean this unit, park the machine on a level surface, disengage the blade-control switch, and move the motion-control levers outward to the PARK position. Shut off the engine, remove the key, and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the operating position. Clean grass and debris from the cutting unit, muffler, drives, grass catcher, and engine. Use compressed air when possible. Thanks!3 months agoHelpful?

Do you like cutting your grass? Don’t worry! Because with these light things blades, you’ll have to mow your yard twice
Do you like rooting your grass out of the ground? don’t worry! With these off road mud terrains and the low plastic balls in the deck, you’ll be putting dirt patches in no time!
Do you need to talk to someone? Don’t worry! Because when that spring breaks on the belt tensioner after 20 hours, you’ll be calling your local dealers asking for a warranty! And when a dealership out of your area finally takes it. You’ll be calling him every week for 3 months!
Do you love noise when mowing? Don’t worry! Because it’s not the motor nor the blades that are loud, it’s the deck! Rattling your ear drums and making sure your neighbours know you’re riding a toro!
Do you love running out of gas? Don’t worry! Because we put the biggest Brigs and Stratton on this mower with a 5 gallon tank!

Horrible service from "Authorized Dealers"

I cannot be more angry about the lack of support. I spend over $7k and every dealer within an hour either never answers their phone or flat up refuses to work on my mower that is UNDER WARRANTY, because I bought from Tractor Supply or "they don't do warranty work". I get treated like I'm annoying them. Bought in April, and I already have hydraulic fluid leaking from the backend. I called Toro directly... only to be told to use the dealer locator. I want this fixed, but who can I call to do it? Obviously no one. What a fn joke. Am I mad? YES!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Choke cable/ poor customer service

The mower is as described runs, works as it should. The problem is customer service. The choke cable melted on the first hour of operation. I contacted customer support and was told that it was not a common problem, my Toro dealer and they said it is covered by warranty but pick up and delivery $70 each way. The dealer said that no recall was issued so the delivery charge is not covered. I asked to have a new cable sent to me and I'll replace , Toro denied my request. Really disappointing! Should have stuck with Scag
