These sterile drops fight infection in two ways. Tobramycin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of bacteria and the spread of the infection. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces the swelling associated with many infections.

Special Precautions

Keep away from children and animals. Resistance is a major concern when giving antibiotics. Resistance occurs when bacteria survive and mutate and are then able to survive even after antibiotics are given. To help avoid any resistance, it is important to give antibiotics as they are prescribed for as long as they are prescribed even if your pet is looking and feeling better.

Side Effects

Eye redness, eye discomfort, and eyelid itching/swelling may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your Veterinarian.
