It also contains Astaxanthin, commonly referred to as, "Super Vitamin E." It is also an antioxidant found in shrimp, salmon and microalgae. It contains 100 times more antioxidants than vitamin E. It also contains Pyruvate, another endogenous antioxidant. This ingredient plays a central role in energy production and metabolism. It's been shown in studies to reduce inflammation, and oxidative stress. It also contains EGCG, or Epigallocatechin gallate.
