A liquid cat wormer for use in food or drinking water for the removal of large roundworms, (ascarids)(Toxocara cati and Toxascaris leonina). The presence of these parasites should be confirmed by laboratory fecal examination. Consult your veterinarian for assistance in the diagnosis, treatment and control of parasitism.

I feed several feral cats (actually two are semi-feral…lost or dropped off somewhere) and occasionally a kitten or two will find their way to my porch, so obviously I’m gonna feed them. One of the kittens showed signs of feeling ill after a short period of normal eating and playing…some research showed a possible reason would be parasites or worms, further research got me to tractor supply and this otc product. Following directions both on the bottle and a medical article on ferals, I added the product to their water….the amounts were a best guess, they’d all benefit but my main concern was the kitten. Within a couple of days she responded with a returning appetite, and a little more normal behavior. A second dosage followed about a week later, and I’m happy to report she’s actually putting on weight. Now to get her TNR’d, and we’ll consider all a great success.
