lost order & nobody cared to help

Tractor supply computer ordering system needs to be redone it doesn't track orders and lost some, personel in the local store were absolutely no help and didn't even try to find someone that could see the problem my order was lost for a week and finaly after talking to vertuly everyone in the store I managed to get the manager envolved he got it handled and I had my order the next day, it seems the chain of command didnt pass along info to the crew that might have been able to help , I picked up my order and nobody did any follow through including customer service
